Posted

The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning Friday for the Santa Barbara County South Coast.

A Red Flag Warning means the critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now or will shortly, according to NWS.

This warning is due to a combination of strong winds, low-relative humidity, and warm temperatures.

The warning is in effect from 3 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Monday.
