A man who claims he was fired from CoastHills Credit Union is asking for more than $15 million, according to a court filing in Santa Barbara County.

Former CEO Jeffrey York is suing the credit union and its board of directors claiming they retaliated against him for making complaints when they tried to base his annual bonus on a weight loss goal.

York is asking for lost wages and benefits, punitive and other damages.
