‘Brunch by the Lake’ returns for the final event of the summer at Laguna Lake Park

San Luis Obispo community members can take part in several free activities at Brunch by the Lake Saturday at Laguna Lake Park. 

This is the last event in the summer series, going on from 9 a.m. to noon. 

Some activities people can take part in are:

  • 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. free outdoor yoga, courtesy of Lululemon San Luis Obispo
  • 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. Kidical mass bike rides around the lake, courtesy of Bike SLO County
  • 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thai Chi class, hosted by Kennedy Fitness Club
  • 11 a.m. dance and creative movement workshop, presented by SLO Movement Arts Center Founder and Director Ryan Lawrence

Throughout the morning there will also be free face painting, you can make self-portraits and listen to the music of award-winning singer, songwriter Loren Radio. 

Food will be available for purchase from Blackhorse Espresso and Bakery and Taqueria 805 food truck. 

The summer programs were made possible with a $4,185 Neighborhood Matching Grant from the City of San Luis Obispo.
