Gubernational candidate John Cox attended and spoke at San Luis Obispo’s Republican Party Summer BBQ Sunday.
The event was at Cuesta Park from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cox is a businessman raised by a single mom in the midwest. According to his website, he wants to restore "the Golden State to what it once was, and can be again."
Aside from this event, Cox will also be at SoCal Harvest 2018 Sunday, but he is not speaking at that event.
