Central Coast residents can sip on Margaritas and eat several avocado treats at the Avocado and Margarita Street Festival in Morro Bay Saturday.

The festival celebrates the Central Coast’s love for wonderful flavors and tasty culinary dishes. There will be tons of food, drinks and live music at the event.

Anyone who attends will get a raffle ticket to win cool prizes, including a year’s supply of California grown avocados.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 714 Embarcadero Drive. Tickets cost $7 at the door, kids 10 and under are free.

First time Uber users can use the code AvoMarg18 for $15 off their first trip. If you take your bike there, there will be a free bike valet. Don’t have a car or bike no problem, transportation is available through the Morro Bay trolley.
