Central Coast residents can meet members of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office at Sheriff’s Family Day at Madonna Meadows Saturday.
The Sheriff’s K-9 Unit, Sheriff’s Crime Prevention Unit, Search & Rescue team and a CHP helicopter and a Sheriff’s SWAT car will be at the free event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Kids 12 and under who go to the event will get a free t-shirt, hot dogs, coloring books and a chance to win a bike.
