Nearly 500 people from San Luis Obispo and across the Central Coast are expected to take part in San Luis Obispo’s Heart and Stroke Walk Saturday.
The walk was sponsored by several San Luis Obispo organizations and encourages healthy habits while raising money to support the American Heart Association’s research and education efforts to fight heart disease and stroke.
The walk is Sept. 15 at 9:30 a.m. at the Avila Beach Promenade and Bob Jones Trail.
