Caltrans says it is nearly finished with a project to replace bridge railing at Olive Mill Road and Highway 101 in Montecito.
The bridge was damaged during the mudslides on January 9. Caltrans expects to stop one-way traffic control on Danielson Road next Friday when Olive Mill Road returns to its full width.

- The northbound No. 1 (left) lane of US 101 will be closed for grinding and paving on Monday, Dec. 3 and Wednesday, Dec. 5 from 8 pm until 6 am.
- The southbound No. 1 (left) lane of US 101 will be closed for grinding and paving on Thursday, Dec. 6, Monday, Dec. 10 and Tuesday, Dec. 11 from 8 pm until 6 am.
