San Luis Garbage and Waste Connection employees came together to build bikes for kids in need Saturday.
Route drivers, landfill operators and recycling staff along with their families and friends took time to assemble bikes.
This is the 18th year Waste Connections has given away bicycles.
Once the bikes are completed they partner up with the Salvation Army, Toys for Tots and other organizations to make sure the bikes go to the right place.
