Crews are on the scene in Los Osos this morning where both a tree and power lines are down reportedly blocking the roadway. According to the CHP, the tree is blocking Ferrell Ave at 9th St. There are also power lines down nearby possibly on a car. Both fire and PG&E crews are responding to the area.
