The sun was peeking out a little while on Friday in San Luis Obispo after several days of rain.
However, some roads on the Central Coast are still flooded. Halcon Road in Atascadero has washed out again, but that’s typical after significant rainfall.
One man who lives down the street from the road says every time it gets washed out, it delays him 10 to 15 minutes.
“It’s inconvenient because he goes to school in Santa Margarita, so now we have to go all the way around that way to go,” said Atascadero resident Justin Wickersham.
