Kohl’s to begin accepting Amazon returns

Posted

Amazon customers will soon have another way to return merchandise.

Starting in July, Kohl’s stores will accept unpackaged returns for Amazon customers.

Kohl’s and Amazon will roll out the program to more than 1,000 locations across 48 states.

The program is currently operating in about 100 stores in three states. Kohl’s sees the service as a way to get people in its doors and potentially buy something while they’re there.

Kohl’s will accept all eligible Amazon items, without a box or label, and return them for free.

The company has also recently started carrying Amazon products in more than 200 stores.
