A Northern California cancer survivor has been fighting to have textured breast implants banned in the U.S., KCRA reports.
On Wednesday, she got a victory for her and thousands of other women.
The company that makes the implants, Allegran Inc., is recalling the product.
Michelle Forney said while the recall is a win, the U.S. needs to ban them.
