9 more people test positive for COVID-19 in Santa Barbara County; total of 394 cases and four deaths

Nine more people tested positive for COVID-19 in Santa Barbara County Sunday bringing the total number of cases to 394, according to public health officials.

Of the new cases, six are in Santa Maria, one is in the City of Lompoc and the communities of Mission Hills and Vandenberg Village, one is at the Federal Prison in Lompoc and one is still pending.

Of the total number of cases, 152 people are recovering at home, 173 people have recovered, 41 are hospitalized with 13 in the ICU. Four deaths have been reported.

At least 49 health care workers have tested positive for the novel virus.

In total, more than 2,100 tests have been done.
