The Orcutt community showed their appreciation for a beloved veterinarian with a surprise drive-by ceremony Saturday.
Doctor Ruth Corbo is a mobile practitioner who says she's been going through a rough patch during the coronavirus pandemic.
To continue her services, she's been conducting FaceTime exams and only accepting necessary appointments.
Clients and patients wanted to thank Corbo for her hard work and support her during this tough time by driving by her home with signs and costumes.
"I really love these people who drove around the cul-de-sac today. These are people that I really care about and they care about me too, I just can't believe it," Corbo said.
Dozens of cars drove by her house to show their gratitude.
