Despite the spread of COVID-19, the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo city councils will continue to hold their meetings on Tuesday in person.
The meetings, however, will have a limited amount of seating in order to follow recommended social distancing guidelines.
Social distancing is highly recommended in order to slow the spread of the virus, along with washing your hands and avoiding contact with your face. This includes contact with the eyes, nose and mouth.
San Luis Obispo residents are strongly encouraged to watch city council meetings live on cable Channel 20 and streamed live on the city’s website.
The public can also submit public comment for meetings in advance by emailing emailcouncil@slocity.org. During the meeting, comments can be emailed to cityclerk@slocity.org up until the start of public comment for an item.
The City of San Luis Obispo has officially canceled all non-essential public meetings including city advisory body meetings.
