San Luis Obispo County reported two new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday, bringing the county's total to 204 cases as of May 5.
Five people are hospitalized, including three patients who are in the ICU.
Health officials say another 41 people are recovering at home, while 157 people have recovered.
San Luis Obispo County has had one death attributed to COVID-19.
Of the 204 cases, Paso Robles has 69, more than twice as many as Atascadero, which has 33. Arroyo Grande has 19 cases, San Luis Obispo has 17, Nipomo has 16, San Miguel has eight, Templeton and Pismo Beach each have seven cases, and Morro Bay has six. Eleven inmates at the California Men's Colony have also tested positive for the virus, and another eleven cases are in communities with fewer than five cases each.
County health officials say 1,688 coronavirus tests have been conducted at the public health lab, while another 1,815 tests have been conducted at private labs.
