(2:42 p.m.) - A power outage was affecting 2,047 PG&E customers Wednesday afternoon in San Luis Obispo.
The power went out at 2:23 p.m. and was affecting the area along Los Osos Valley Road from just west of S. Higuera St. to Oceanaire Dr.
PG&E estimated that power would be restored by 5:30 p.m.
