Lompoc hosted its first annual Space Symposium at the Dick Dewees Community Center Friday for anyone interested in working the space industry.
At the event, people could learn about how to get involved in the industry.
Space companies were also invited to stop by and check it out.
The symposium did not require any membership, but organizers did ask for a donation.
