Hundreds of people ran the City to Sea Half Marathon Sunday which started at Downtown San Luis Obispo and ended in Pismo Beach.
The race had a Seaside 5k and a kids fun run.
Anyone driving near San Luis Obispo could have experienced a small backup Sunday morning along Highway 101 when the runners took off.
The half marathon started at 7 a.m., the 5k started at 7:30 a.m. and Kids Fun Run started at 8:30 a.m.
