Santa Barbara has landed on The New York Times’ list of “52 Places to go in 2019.”
The coastal city is ranked third on the list, following Puerto Rico and Hampi, India.
The newspaper calls Santa Barbara a “foodie magnet,” citing its variety of restaurants featuring global cuisine and more than 30 wine tasting rooms.
Santa Barbara shares the list with many international destinations. The top ten includes locations like Eilat in Israel, The Azores, and the Setouchi Islands in Japan.
