Swim Paso Association seeks community input for future aquatic complex

Posted at 9:19 PM, Feb 27, 2019

Swim Paso Association invited members of the community to give their input about the future Paso Robles Aquatic Complex at a meeting Wednesday night.

The meeting allowed residents to bring up any concerns or ask any questions they have about the plans for the facility.

“We really wanted to provide an opportunity to bring that collective voice together and benefit from our community’s questions and ideas and be able to gather information and move play forward from this point and sharing out and who knows maybe coming up with some out-of-the-box ideas that will get to our goal quicker,” said Tara Quinn, member of Swim Paso Association.

This marks the first meeting the association has held since becoming a Section 501(c)(3) non-profit.

The association brought up topics about the facility, including funding, sustainability, facility research and development and community outreach.

The input given from Wednesday’s meeting will go into the research behind the plans for the complex.

If you want to donate to the future Paso Robles Aquatic Complex, you can do so on the Swim Paso Association’s website.
