A local group is performing a “flash mob” to help raise awareness of friends and family of the Down Syndrome of Santa Barbara County.
Thursday is World Down Syndrome Day. The group will perform the flash mob at 6 p.m. in front of the movie theater in Paseo Nuevo in downtown Santa Barbara.
