A groundbreaking celebration for Santa Barbara’s Paseo Nuevo’s multi-million-dollar renovation project is happening Tuesday.
The shopping center located downtown is ready to receive exterior upgrades for the 458,000 square-foot property.
The first phase of the plans will incorporate art installments by local artists and interactive community spaces like group games, charging stations and gathering areas.
