The Santa Barbara County Sherrif’s office arrested 31-year-old Albert Gonzales Padilla Jr. of Orcutt for prowling and trespassing Tuesday night.
At about 9 p.m., sheriff’s dispatch received a call from a homeowner saying the man had broken a window and entered their home off the 1200 block of Cosima Lane.
While deputies were responding, they got another call from a nearby residence saying the man had entered their home.
Deputies arrested Padilla without incident and booked him into the county jail.
Padilla is being held without bail for violation of probation, trespassing, prowling and public intoxication.
