UPDATE (3:47 p.m.) – Police say Romanchuk has been found safe and returned home.
(2:28 p.m.) – Santa Barbara police are looking for a missing teen they say is considered to be at-risk.
Samantha Romanchuk, 15, was last seen Sunday around 9:40 p.m. along the 700 block of Castillo Street, according to police.
She is described as being 5’4”, 110 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees her or knows where she may be is asked to call 911.
