Santa Barbara police had a busy weekend. The department released the number of citations and arrests made during Old Spanish Days.
Police made 36 felony arrests, compared to 20 in 2018. A majority of the arrests -- 23 -- occurred on Thursday.
Officers made four DUI-related arrests and made contact with gang-members.
Police also wrote 96 parking citations during the Fiesta. A total of 73 were issued on Friday.
