An all-way stop will soon be installed at the southbound Highway 101 offramp and Los Berros Road outside Arroyo Grande.
County public works says the addition of new stops signs and pavement markings are added safety measures and will help improve the flow of traffic on the “popular route” for both drivers and bicyclists.
Signs warning of the upcoming changes will go up in the area a week before the changes are made, according to the county.
Work is set to begin Monday, July 27.
The project was approved by the board of supervisors in March.
