CAL FIRE San Luis Obispo and California Highway Patrol Coastal Division are at the scene of a vehicle accident on Highway 46, according to the CAL FIRE SLO Twitter.
One person has gone over the side, and CAL FIRE SLO advises people drive with caution around the area.
CAL FIRE SLO tweeted they rescued a single patient and are now transporting them in a CHP helicopter.
