Cal Poly’s virtual spring commencement celebration is set for Saturday, June 12.
Officials say the university will have six academic college ceremonies with messages from campus leaders and alumni.
Commencement will also include the conferral of degrees and graduate name reading.
If public health conditions allow, a special in-person event will be held for graduates only, with no guest or spectators allowed on campus.
University officials will make a decision about this event in May.
If the event is held outside, it will be live-streamed for families and supporters to watch from home.
All academic college, department, cultural, club and organization celebrations will remain virtual.
