Cal Poly graduates received their diplomas at the University's 2019 Fall Commencement.
The ceremony began at 9 a.m. for the College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences and the College of Science and Math.
At 1 p.m., the Colleges of Business and the College of Liberal Arts started their commencement ceremony.
During the 4 p.m. ceremony, keynote speaker and Cal Poly benefactor Ashraf Habibullah took off his robe and revealed a bright orange light-up suit.
Habibullah helped fund the Architectural Engineering Department's computer lab in 2010.
