UPDATE (2 p.m.) - CHP says the motorcyclist sustained minor injuries in the crash Tuesday morning, which was determined to be in San Luis Obispo County. The rider had been taken to the hospital before officers arrived on scene. No word on the cause of the crash.

ORIGINAL STORY: Officers from the Templeton and Monterey-area California Highway Patrol offices are responding to reports of a downed motorcycle off Highway 1 at the Monterey County Line.
The call came in shortly before 11 a.m.
CHP says the motorcycle is not in the road. It's unknown if anyone is injured.
A CHP helicopter has also been dispatched to the scene while the investigation is ongoing.
