Daredevils on the Central Coast can take professional high-flying trapeze lessons at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo starting Sunday.
Circus Vargas, one of the oldest traveling circuses in the United States, is partnering with Colorado-based Pneumatic Arts to offer their first-ever flying trapeze school.
Group classes, workshops and private lessons are available for registration, according to Circus Vargas co-owner Katya Quiroga.
"We're just excited to be here and give something to the community and hopefully give a little bit of holiday joy here at the Madonna Inn," said Quiroga.
Circus Vargas traditionally goes to the Madonna Inn for the Fourth of July, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, the circus had to delay their visit to the Central Coast.
Quiroga said flying trapeze lessons will be available through January 11.
