Atascadero Fire and Emergency crews responded to a trash can fire at the Atascadero County Library late Tuesday night.
The trash can was outside of the building and the fire was contained to the can.
The smoke from the trash fire activated the library's sprinklers.
Crews extinguished the fire and there was no damage to the library.
