Unit 2 at Diablo Canyon Power Plant is back up and running after being shut down for maintenance, according to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).
PG&E says Unit 2 had been shut down since July 17 for maintenance on the main generator system on the non-nuclear side of the plant.
Unit 1, which operates independently of Unit 2, remained at full power during the maintenance operation.
