A Central Coast family had to cancel their daughter's birthday party amid coronavirus concerns.
Jackie Leopold says she was planning on having a "puppy party" at Avila Beach for her daughter Sadie's 5th birthday.
After careful consideration Jackie says she canceled the party as concerns of the coronavirus rise, however she still wanted to make her daughter's day special.
"We saw some videos online of other drive by birthdays across the country and thought we'd try it for our daughter," says Jackie.
All of Sadie's family and friends decorated their cars, played birthday music and drove by their house a few times to cheer for Sadie and wish her a very happy 5th birthday.
"It was truly so special and she felt like the birthday queen," says Jackie. "Almost everyone had tears in their eyes."
