CAL FIRE SLO responded to a report of a horse that was stuck in Arroyo Grande Wednesday.
Fire officials say at around 12:30 p.m. they arrived at a ranch along Carpenter Canyon Road.
When they arrived they found a rancher working to free a horse from the mud.
With teamwork from the rancher, firefighters and the Urban Search and Rescue Team, they were able to free the horse.
