The DMV field office in Goleta is closing for renovations.
The office at 7127 Hollister Avenue is closing at 5 p.m. Friday and is not scheduled to re-open until June 21.
Repairs being made include new paint, new flooring and furniture and making sure the building meetings ADA requirements.
The DMV encourages people to use online services when possible during the closure or visit other nearby offices.
