Getting around town safely is getting a lot easier for a Central Coast mom, thanks to a gift from an Atascadero business.
Lilliana Anderson is a single mother of four kids.
Her eldest son is six and has autism. Her two-year-old twins were born prematurely at 25 weeks. And her youngest baby is still going through tests to determine the cause of her medical issues.
Besides taking care of her kids, Anderson is also going to school to get a business degree.
Until now, transporting all her kids around was hard because her car could not fit all four car seats and she could not afford to get a new car.
On Wednesday, she got the keys to a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Caliber Collision.
The gift is part of the National Auto Body Council's Recycled Rides™ program, a national community service program to fix and donate cars for people who need a reliable source of transportation.
