The I Madonnari Italian Street Painting Festival is canceled this year.
Event organizers with the Children's Creative Project (CCP) say the event usually brings in about 25,000 people to the Santa Barbara Old Mission.
The event has street paintings on display, live music and Italian food.
It was scheduled to happen May 23-25.
The executive director of CCP says they are looking forward to presenting the festival during Memorial Day weekend next year.
