Locally-started moving company Meathead Movers is looking to provide the community with jobs when they're needed the most.

They're looking forward to when the pandemic is over and people start moving again; and for that they need people -- so they're hiring 22 full-time salespeople.

CEO Aaron Steed says they plan to do interviews and training online.

"Like any business, it's all about the people we have, and there so many great people who are looking for work," said Steed. "We want to invest in those people right now and get them trained up."

Steed says the online training will take a few months and trainees will earn $15/hour for it; and after training, that bumps up to $16/hour -- plus commissions and bonuses. Steed says that these few down months should allows Meathead Movers to come back with a newly trained sales-force that will be able to "flourish."
