Those fearing they have symptoms of the coronavirus can now be tested at MedStop in San Luis Obispo.
There are two tents set up outside of their location on Madonna Road.
One of tents serves as a waiting room with adequate space for social distancing, and the other is for testing.
The tents are an alternative to getting your physician to write you a referral.
"We've placed a tent outside of the clinic to help with separating patients who might be contagious with respiratory illnesses, from the many other patients who are not," says MedStop urgent care physician, Brian Roberts.
Organizers say the turn-around to get results back is currently three to four days.
MedStop is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
