A mixed-use project in San Luis Obispo will move forward with an environmental study after being approved by the City Council.
The proposed new housing development on Tank Farm Road is made up of more than 11 acres.
The project would include 280 residential units and approximately 15,000 square-feet of commercial space.
The council also urged special attention be paid to building a new roundabout and prioritizing bicycle infrastructure near the project.
