Aaron Ezell, one of the owners of the LaDonna restaurant in Atascadero, passed away Tuesday morning from a massive heart attack.
A Go-Fund-Me page was set up to help with the family's funeral expenses.
Ezell's wife LaDonna is working to keep the restaurant open, but covid-19 restrictions have made things financially difficult.
The donation goal is set for $15,000.
As of about 4 p.m. Tuesday, the page has collected $12,885.
