Pacific Premier Bank recently donated $15,000 to help tenants being evicted from the Grandview Apartments in Paso Robles during the holiday season.
Back in May, tenants filed a lawsuit against the landlords claiming they were living in units that were infested with cockroaches, bed bugs and even mold.
The owners decided to go out of business rather than make the necessary repairs.
The tenants were then evicted, leaving many with no place to live.
Pacific Premier Bank donated money to help those set to lose their housing between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
