Rowyn Ryot Stanford celebrated her third birthday on Tuesday in Paso Robles.
Rowyn's grandparents said Rowyn was hoping to have a dinosaur themed birthday party this year, unfortunately those plans had to be canceled due to the pandemic.
Since the party was canceled, Rowyns grandparents wanted to make sure their granddaughter had a special day no matter what.
Rowyn's grandmother, Linda Charnley, planned a community birthday parade, and she said everyone came through, just as she hoped they would.
"The community response was amazing, all of our neighbors, all of our friends, the police, fire, trash. Everyone. They were really into it being able to celebrate and that really meant a lot to us," said Charnley.
