ORIGINAL STORY: Santa Barbara police are asking for help locating a missing woman considered to be at-risk.
Police say Leslie Joy Mintz was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 2000 block of Elise Way on her way to lower State Street.
“Mintz could present with a cognitive impairment,” police said, adding that the 63-year-old may have checked into a local hotel.
She’s described as being 5’6’’, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray sweater dress and carrying an orange purse and white tote bag.
Anyone who thinks they see her is asked to call 911.
