If you see smoke in Creston beginning on Tuesday, don't be alarmed.
Over the next few weeks, CAL FIRE SLO is planning to burn hazardous vegetation.
It's planned for the East side of Highway 229 between Highway 58 and the town of Creston.
Burning is dependent on weather conditions and is expected to last into the New Year.
