A Santa Barbara man is facing drug charges after police say they found methamphetamine hidden in his motorcycle.
Earlier this week, Santa Barbara police say David Jimenez, 42, was arrested for DUI while riding a motorcycle. His motorcycle was impounded.
Then on Wednesday, police say they received information that Jimenez was suspected of dealing methamphetamine, so they obtained a search warrant to search his motorcycle.
Police say detectives found approximately 5.6 ounces of methamphetamine under the seat of Jimenez's bike. He was reportedly charged with methamphetamine possession for sales and methamphetamine transportation.
