Santa Barbara police arrested a teacher from Oxnard on suspicion of having sex with a minor.
Police say Michael Ian Flesher, 40, is suspected of crimes in both Oxnard and Santa Barbara.
Investigators say Flesher is employed as a high school teacher in Oxnard, which granted him access to students.
They're asking anyone with additional information on this case or who wish to report a crime involving Flesher to contact their local law enforcement agency.
